DATA PRIVACY POLICY

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 6 of Article 2 of the Political Constitution of the State PERSONNEL GROUP leaves on record that it maintains a Personal Data protection policy.

This means that personal information disclosed to us shall be used only and exclusively for the purposes of employment, unless we are expressly authorized to provide it to third parties for other purposes.
PERSONNEL GROUP also states for the record that its responsibility regarding the processing of Personal Data is strictly limited to the purpose for which it was designed and will not be used for other purposes.

By entering the information, each candidate declares under personal responsibility that the information provided in this form is true, undertaking on his/her own account the notification to PERSONNEL GROUP of any changes or amendments on such information, if deemed appropriate.

USER’S TERMS OF USE AND PASSWORD

You state you have read and understood the Privacy Policies of PERSONNEL GROUP as well as the User’s terms of use and Access Code or Password to the APPLICATION PANEL, located in our database. We suggest that the Access Code or Password be expressly created for processes and different from that of your personal mail.

In this regard, since the information contained in the APPLICATION PANEL is personal and confidential, you acknowledge that due care and secrecy of user and password assigned is the user’s sole and exclusive responsibility.

You also accept that from the time the User and Access Password to the APPLICATION PANEL of PERSONNEL GROUP is recorded, the latter is expressly released from any civil and criminal liability, whether judicially or extrajudicially enforceable by misuse and/or unauthorized use of the User’s Code and Access Code assigned. It is the user’s responsibility to withhold or not his/her identification access codes.

GENERAL LAW ON PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (Law 29973)

In compliance with LAW 29973 and with regard to the 2nd chapter of that rule on civil and political rights referred to in article 8, which refers specifically to the right to equality and non-discrimination: PERSONNEL GROUP, in compliance with the aforementioned rule confirms that persons with disabilities have the right to equality before the law and non-discrimination on grounds of disability. In this regard, it promotes the enjoyment or exercise on equal terms for anyone who feels competent to apply for any position, to apply on an equal basis with others. In this regard, we agree that the disabled person may be assisted by others close to them in order to allow the entry of his/her information, if applicable.

PERSONNEL GROUP assures that the provisions of Law 29973 and others related will be treated in accordance with the social commitment it has established in its corporate culture and in compliance with all related regulations.
